Personnel Director

Wages: D.O.E

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

General Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Tribal Administrator, the Personnel Director will be responsible to assist with a wide variety of employee and labor relations activities, Update and maintain the RVIT personnel policies and procedures, Oversee hiring practices including obtaining authorization to post position openings, hiring, screening, background and employment checks, prepare hiring interview committees, conduct employee orientation, oversee drug testing policies and insure that fair and equitable employment practices are exercised, Maintain the Tribes’ various insurance policies including health benefits, Maintain the Temporary Pool employment file and shall be responsible for keeping all personnel records current and accurate.


Retail Store Assistant Manager

Closing Date: 06/25/2019

Wages: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, D.O.E

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

General Responsibilities:

Assist Management with retail store which engages in selling specific, related, or general lines of merchandise by performing the following duties through subordinate supervisors. When the immediate supervisor is not available, will resume responsibilities as acting management of staff and all functions of the convenient store.
