The Outreach Services/Meal Delivery Coordinator will assist the Director in developing and implementation of Outreach and Supportive Services to elders. Perform client assessments, case management and deliver meals to elders. Maintain and obtain data files for reports.

Under general supervision of the Child and Family Services Director, the incumbent will carry a complex case load involving individuals and families through the provision of prevention and intervention services; performance assignments involving individualized treatment and specialized application of casework methods and skills; provision of comprehensive casework services; WRAP facilitator, organizing Team and child family meetings and perform related work as required. The individual must be energetic, forward thinking and practice from a trauma informed perspective with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image providing services to crime victim children.
